Purchasing
Check out
All the items you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout." When you click "Submit Order" we will then verify your credit card and the amount of your order will be billed to your card.
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email sales@philippagalasso.com within 24 hours. We willl do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned or exchanged subject to approval.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We can only ship orders to a single shipping address.
Methods of Payment
We DO NOT accept cheques, direct deposit, or cash.
The Philippa Galasso website accepts the following credit cards via our PayPal account:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal
Tax Policy
GST is included in the total price charged for goods and shipping for orders within Australia and those shipped internationally.
International Customs Duties
All shipments outside Australia may be subject to import charges and/or customs, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Philippa Galasso does not collect the administrative fees, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be when the order enters your country.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown are in AUD dollars only. This is intended only to provide a guide as the final cost of international purchases will vary depending on the credit card provider’s conversion rate for each particular purchase made on any given day.
Shipping and Handling
Within Australia
We prefer to use Australia Post for local deliveries. All packages will be registered with a tracking number assuring that your order arrives to you safely.
International Shipping
All International orders under $5,000 are shipped Registered International Standard Air Mail. We use Australia Post to take care of those International orders and we use DHL or FedEx to take care of all international orders over $5,000. Please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive, depending on Customs & Aviation Security checks.
We may require to request identification material from International customers. This may include a scan of your Drivers License, Passport and the Credit Card used for the transaction. This would be to avoid any fraudulent orders.
International Customs Duties
All rates are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsilble for payment of these when the order enters your country.

Order Status
Checking your order status
We will send you a confirmation email once your payment has gone through and once your order has been sent and processed. Should you require assistance regarding the tracking of your order, please contact us via email. If you have any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible at sales@philippagalasso.com. We are only able to accommidate with your changes prior to the order being processed.
Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections due to fault in the product, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Philippa Galasso offer refunds within 7 days of the shipping date. FULL PRICED items can be returned within this timeframe for an exchange in size or for a refund to the method of payment. Product must be returned in as-new condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in the orginal packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if they have been damaged or these terms are not met. To request a refund please email us immediently at sales@philippagalasso.com and we will do our best to solve your problem.
Please note - upon any return the customer is responsible for the all shipping costs and any refund made will be for the price of the product only. Unless, the customer has registered to PayPal returns in this case they will be able to return the goods with free credit up to $45. Please refer to paypal returns link below to read their terms and conditions.
